    There are two main coaching programs. The individual 1-1 coaching program lasts 8 weeks, and the group coaching program is 10 weeks.

  • What is high performance coaching?

    High performance coaching teaches you specific mental skills to achieve your goals. These skills include visualization, positive self-talk, frustration tolerance, peak-state activation, and more.

  • Is high performance coaching right for me?

    If you are 100% committed to improving your results and you're ready to do a lot of hard work, high performance coaching is for you.


    If you are experiencing a lot of anxiety or feeling depressed, it's better to see a therapist. Take care of yourself and handle those things before signing up for coaching.

  • What's the difference between coaching and therapy?

    Coaching helps people who are ready for immediate growth, and not experiencing significant mental health symptoms.


    Therapy, also called counseling or psychotherapy, is for when you're feeling challenged by anxiety, depression, or other mental health symptoms. Therapy is done with a licensed psychotherapist or other mental health proferssional.
