High performance coaching is similar to traditional executive coaching, but adds a deeper psychological component geared toward performing at a high level in challenging environments.
High performance coaching teaches you specific mental skills and strategies to achieve your goals. These skills and strategies include visualization, positive self-talk, frustration tolerance training, peak-state activation, and more.

High performance coaching is for executives, entrepreneurs and business owners who are serious about leveling up.
If you are 100% committed to improving your results and you're ready to do a lot of hard work, high performance coaching is for you.
If you are experiencing a lot of anxiety or feeling depressed, it's better to see a therapist. Take care of yourself and handle those things before signing up for coaching.

What kinds of coaching programs are offered?
There are several coaching programs. The individual 1-1 coaching program for executives and entrepreneurs lasts 8 weeks.
Group coaching programs last 10 weeks and take place at varying times during the year.

What's the difference between coaching and therapy?
Coaching is for people who are ready for immediate growth and want to focus on business, career, or athletic goals. Coaching is not a good fit for people experiencing significant mental health symptoms.
Therapy, also called counseling or psychotherapy, is for when you're feeling challenged by anxiety, depression, or other mental health symptoms. Therapy is done with a licensed psychotherapist or other mental health professional.

Do you offer coaching for athletes?
Yes, I work with Division 1 college, elite amateur, and professional athletes in all sports. My expertise in is cycling, running, and baseball, sports that I have done myself.
The focus of my coaching is on mental performance, not athletic training. Coaching focuses on goal-setting, precompetition energy management, and peak-state performance activation.
